THE PROPOSAL PACKAGE
- After we receive your request, we will call you to set up a meeting at your location or offsite. Based on the information that you provide, we will begin to prepare a customized proposal for you.
- We'll send you a detailed proposal package and our recommendations.
- If after receiving our proposal you decide to hire us, we will both need to sign our contract and confidentiality agreements, plus arrange payment terms.
ONCE HIRED…
- Once the contract is signed, we suggest we come to your site and meet with a small group of the key decision makers. We'll listen to your plan and offer suggestions on how to run the process as smoothly as possible.
- We also suggest that you work with us to customize Managerial Notification Day Training so that your managers can effectively deliver a short, consistent and concise message that will minimize the stress for all parties involved.
THE NOTIFICATIONS
- We recommend we design a flyer or folder for the employee's separation packet with program information and contact information.
- We recommend having us on site to speak with all displaced employees for 5-10 minutes each after their notification. We will explain their program and make an immediate personal connection with the employee. Additionally, as a neutral, outside party, we will be able to help absorb some of their shock and potential anger.
WORK BEGINS
- We begin to help your employees regain their footing, increase their confidence and get back into the job market!
REPORTING AND UPDATES
- Your displaced employees will complete evaluations for us, and we will also send periodic status reports to you.
